With over 100,000 members providing professional development to over 600,000 educators worldwide, the DEN connects teachers both on-line and in-person. Many DEN members are early Prezi adopters: they are using Prezi in different fields of education and at educational events worldwide. Their prezis are among the most popular educational presentations on the Prezi.com Explore section. This year we are thrilled to cooperate with the DEN for Teacher Appreciation Week, sponsoring their STAR Educators with free Edu Pro account upgrades and inviting them to join the Prezi U community. Keep an eye out for more interesting prezis, articles and Forum therads here on Prezi U as DEN Star teachers come and share their experience with our community!

Prezi Launches University Ambassador Program

A few weeks ago, Prezi announced the launch of our Prezi U Ambassador Program, giving current college students the opportunity to represent Prezi at their respective university and have the chance to be part of a company that is redefining the way people develop and share their ideas. Sound exciting? We think so. The Ambassador position for each campus will have direct involvement in creating and executing a marketing plan that expands our “prezence” on campus, as well as encourages students and faculty to contribute to the open exchange of ideas in the Prezi U community. This includes social media and viral marketing campaigns, promoting Prezi contests and events, conducting campus market research, and of course, creating prezis to showcase! Ultimately, they will be helping us better understand each university’s culture so that we can continue to adapt a medium that inspires creative thinking, discussions and delivery of ideas. If this sounds like something you or someone you know may be interested in applying for, head to www.prezi.com/ambassadors for more detailed info and to submit your prezume! *If you are faculty or staff, we encourage you to pass on this amazing opportunity to your students by sharing the link above....
