As a work around you could login to your general account and share the prezis with your U account. (View the prezi and then click "Edit together".)
Is it possible to link my Prezi U account to my general account so that I can access my prezis from Prezi U?

Hi! Yes this would mak tons of sense. We are open to further develop Prezi U of course, this is only the beginning. Thanks for your feedback. We were looking forward to what you think about features and the page, so that we have a list of what to develop. :)
