How about using a screen recorder such as Jing - play the prezi whilst reviewing and commenting on the work via microphone. Save the screencast to send to your students. I have been encouraging my students to use prezi to feedback assignment work which they have fully enjoyed. I am using the edit facility to comment and mark their work but it is rather time consuming and I need to show evidence of feedback. Any suggestions on how others have used this?

in my opinion you have to make habit of student to maintain a dairy and note all the work in the dairy and ask the parents to check the dairy regularly , this solve your problem and remove the extra overhead
