Ann's use case is particulary interesting: besides using Prezi for presenting, she uses the tool most often for meetings and for plannig and designing projects she working on.

Prezi requires a somewhat different approach. I would recommend starting with an outline---major points, minor points, asides. From there, it's pretty natural to assemble a presentation using prezi.
